One biggest costs of moving is renting a trailer to move your household belongings. If you are my client I can arrange to loan you a trailer to move your possessions. I can do that because my family happens to own a car and trailer dealership. (Incidentally, if you are looking for a great price on a car, I can help you with that too). I'm not starving for your commission. I don't have to charge you as much for my services as other Real Estate Brokers because I don't have the overhead they do. I can discount my commission so you'll end up paying what you should for a Real Estate Agent - not what they need because they are supporting themselves on just what you pay them.
