Why would you want me to help you buy a house?

Because I will save you a lot of money. Not only am I backed by one of the largest Real Estate companies in Colorado, I won't be bugging you constantly to pressure you into buying a home you really don't want. My goal is to help you get the home you want at the price you want. I want you to find the home you've been dreaming about.

How can I save you money?

I know how to negotiate. I've been buying and selling things for 35 years, it's all I've ever done and I'm really good at it. When I represent you, you are hiring someone who will look out for you. I'll make sure you get the home you want and I'll make sure you don't pay any more than you have to for it.

I can help you move. One biggest costs of moving is renting a trailer to move your household belongings. If you are my client I can arrange to loan you a trailer to move your possessions. I can do that because my family happens to own a car and trailer dealership. (Incidentally, if you are looking for a great price on a car, I can help you with that too).

I'm not starving for your commission. I don't have to charge you as much for my services as other Real Estate Brokers because I don't have the overhead they do. I can discount my commission so you'll end up paying what you should for a Real Estate Agent - not what they need because they are supporting themselves on just what you pay them.

I have access to all the resources and assets that will get your house sold. I can tell you exactly what it will sell for and how long it will take to sell.

Honestly, no one can create a buyer for your home, but with my assets I can get your home in front of the people that are looking for homes and make yours stand out so that it will get noticed. When you hire me to sell your home, you get the advantage of all the members of my team. We'll all work hard and fast to get your house listed and ready to sell.
