How Fast? Generally, we stock the items listed at this website. Assuming your items are in stock, we'll ship your order out within 3-4 days. If your item is not in stock, we will try to notify you via email within 1-6 days about the delay. If you want your order quicker than our Standard Mail Service, select one of the faster shipping options when you check-out.
Returns Your satisfaction is our primary goal. If you aren't happy with anything you order from us, return it within 14 days for a full refund, exchange or replacement. Contact Customer Service for a return authorization # before returning anything.
Foreign Orders We love our foreign customers - and they seem to like us too. It is probably because of our no-nonsense shipping fees. Your shipping costs are calculated at the actual cost of postage, plus a $5.00 handling fee. The handling fee pays for the extra cost to us for delivering your order to the post office and preparing the documents for shipment. If you desire, or we determine that your order needs to be insured (based on destination country and value), we will contact you with the total for all costs before the shipment is completed. Be aware that you are responsible for any taxes or import tariffs your country charges.
