The players include Mrs. Lovett, Sweeney’s amorous accomplice, creates diabolical meat pies, the evil Judge, who sends Sweeney to prison, the Judge’s wicked associate Beadle Bamford and a rival barber, the flamboyant Signor Adolfo Pirelli.
