Teryl Rothery
On Stargate SG-1, Ms. Rothery plays the part of Dr Janet Frasier, the chief Medical Officer at the Cheyenne Mountain Facility. Dr. Frasier's skill and compassion is often tested by the peculiar cases brought to her through the Stargate.

A Vancouver native, Rothery began her career as a dancer at the age of thirteen in the musical, Bye Bye Birdie. Later, her role in Annie Get Your Gun earned her a Most Outstanding Performer award with her theater company. Teryl has appeared in genre TV shows like The Outer Limits, The X Files, M.A.N.T.I.S., Cobra and First Wave. Her movie roles include Masterminds with Patrick Stewart and Exhuming Mr. Rice with David Bowie.

When not working, Teryl enjoys walking, riding and roller blading. Her feature film credits include Urban Safari, Andre and Exquisite Tenderness. She has appeared in the television movies Who Killed my Daughter?, Deceived by Trust, Tailhook, For the Love of Nancy and The Man Who Wouldn't Die. Teryl's voice talents are featured on many cartoon series including ExoSquad and Rama 1/2. Ms. Rothery will appear onstage at Starfest on Saturday.

Rick Overton
Something tells me that we'll have a hard time getting this guy off the Starfest stage. Rick stars in this summer's big comedy-horror movie - Eight Legged Freaks. As a writer/actor/comedian, Rick has worked in and on numerous TV shows and movies. His genre roles include: The Secret Adventures of Jules Verne, Encino Woman, Lois & Clark, Groundhog Day, Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventures (TV), The Rocketeer, Earth Girls Are Easy, Willow, and Phil's favorite - Airplane II.

Mr. Overton will be joining Dean Devlin for the Eight Legged Freaks presentation on Saturday. We've heard that he is famous for his classic Star Trek standup routine - you might want to ask him about that.
