As the psychic counselor on Star Trek: The Next Generation, Marina has spent the last 15 years doing everything from snuggling with aliens to crashing the Enterprise. This fall she stars in the much-anticipated tenth Star Trek movie. Marina was born in London to Greek parents - which probably accounts for her exotic good looks. She began acting at the Royal Shakespeare Company and then appeared with other companies in a whole spectrum of roles ranging from Esmerelda to Magenta in The Rocky Horror Picture Show. Branching into British TV, she appeared in Minder & Hazel and One Last Chance. Her feature films include: The Wicked Lady, Death Wish III, Blind Date, and Richard Donner's The Thief of Baghdad. Her American theatre performances include Loot and Hotel Suite. Ms. Sirtis will be speaking onstage at Starfest 2002 on Saturday, April 20th. She is expected to be available for autographs both Saturday and Sunday. |

Mr. Trinneer stars as Chief Engineer Commander Charles "Tripp" Tucker on Enterprise. His southern-style of humor is reminiscent of a certain doctor on the original series. Born in Walla Walla, Washington (where the classic - Will The Chewing Gum Keep It's Flavor On The Bedpost Overnight was recorded), he attended Pacific Lutheran University in Washington, played college football, discovered theatre and graduated with a B.F.A. in acting. He then received a M.F.A. in acting and directing from the University of Missouri in Kansas City. His television credits include Freaky Links, Gideon's Crossing, Melrose Place, Touched by an Angel, Pensacola and ER. He also played lead roles in the independent film Duncan's Shadow and the PBS film Far East. He also appeared in the HBO film *61 with fellow Starfest guest Anthony Michael Hall. He has an extensive theatre background. Trinneer lives in LA and enjoys hiking, surfing, snowboarding, traveling and is a novice numismatic collector. Connor will appear for Q&A and sign autographs at Starfest on Sunday, April 21th. |
