Dave McDonnell

David McDonnell is Editor of STARLOG, the magazine devoted to science fiction/fantasy films, television and literature. He joined its staff in October 1982, becoming Editor in April 1985.

Simultaneously, McDonnell edited FANGORIA, COMICS SCENE and SCI-FI TV as well as the official STAR TREK: THE NEXT GENERATION, DEEP SPACE NINE and VOYAGER magazines.

McDonnell also produced official movie publications showcasing 30 films including several Star Trek and James Bond adventures, ALIENS, Starship Troopers, Willow and Terminator 2.

His career began in 1972 with work in comics and SF fanzines during high school. He has been a fixture at Starland events since 1986.
