HORRORFEST
Five rooms presenting three days of horror programming with a little something for everyone. We explore all aspects of the horror genre including, film, music, literature, art, and the paranormal. Our guests include musicians, actors, authors, producers, artists, directors, film companies, paranormal researchers, and much more. Our programming includes two film rooms with one devoted exclusively to independent horror, a panels room with diverse programming, an independent film companies room where you can meet the people bringing new life to the horror industry, and a horror extras room where all kinds of fun happens. We kick off every Horrorfest with a Friday night charity event where you can enjoy live music, mingle with the guests, and try to win some amazing prizes in our charity raffle. Friday night at Horrorfest is all about killers. We'll kick off the evening with a “killer” band, Jonathan Tiersten and Ten Tiers, recently returned from rocking the red carpet in Hollywood and soon to be seen rocking the St. Patty's Day parade and the Colorado State Fair. While the band is playing we'll be hosting our “killer” charity raffle with all kinds of cool stuff to win. After you've bought your raffle tickets try our interactive game called “Murderous Women”. Try to be the first to collect all the murderous women cards by asking them questions to determine their identity. The first to collect all the cards will win a special prize basket. Everyone else who collects all the cards will get to pick a prize in our Horror Extras room throughout the weekend.
We'll end the evening with a screening of Ford Austin's “killer” new film Dahmer vs Gacy which just premiered in Hollywood to sold out crowds. The film stars Ford Austin, Ethan Phillips (Star Trek), Jed Rowen (Attitude for Destruction), Felissa Rose (Sleepaway Camp), Deron Miller( CKY), and many more. Stay tuned after the film for a Q&A with the director and some of the stars. You won't want to miss this screening! It's going to be “killer”!
Saturday you won't want to miss “An Evening with Jonathan Tiersten at 9:30 in Panel Room 1. Jonathan performs solo acoustic with the possibility of a few interesting friends dropping by to join in.
Saturday night in Horror Video come by and help us make fun of the worst zombie movie ever made “Hard Rock Zombies”. Audience participation is encouraged!
